Job Descriptions: Management Trainee

 Builds Relation with the guests

 Deliveries professional Hospitality service to the guests

 VIP guests engagement

 Recommends the hotel's range of services on offer

 Handles guests' requests for information and provides answers, puts them in contact with the appropriate people if necessary.

 Handles customers’ problems as required

 Helps promote the hotel's range of services on offer (eg. the bar) by anticipating customer needs and responding to guests' requests

 Helps gain guests' loyalty by being present, available and ready to listen.
