Session 1 Literature Review I: 

A reverse takeover or reverse merger takeover (reverse IPO) is the acquisition of a public company by a private company sothat the private company can bypass the lengthy and complex process of going public. I will work with the student to do the literature review, mainly focusing on the national and international research status of the topic and especially the significance of this topic. 

Session 2 Literature Review II:

For this part, we will read more than twenty conference/journal papers in the last five years and collect possible research directions and analyze their connections and differences. We will select five papers to go through them carefully to achieve a core point for the topic and finish the literature review for this topic.

Session 3 Aim and Objectives:

We will talk about the benefits and drawbacks of reverse turnover in this session. For this part, I will work with the student to clearly outline the research aim and research objectives link with the research aim.

Session 1: Student is to provide a list of books and publications on the benefits of mindfulness and provide a through literature review on the benefits of mindfulness;

Session 2: Review the corrections done to the section on mindfulness;

Session 3: Student is to provide a list of books and publications on stress and emotion regulation and provide a through literature review on stress and emotion regulation;

Session 4: Review the corrections done to the section on stress and emotion regulation;

Session 5: Student to piece the two sections together to form a coherent literature review on the subject with introduction and conclusion.
