第三届“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛将在长沙举办

继2017年4月和2018年5月分别在长沙和泉州、长沙和南京成功举办第一届和第二届“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛，联合国教科文组织与中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会将于2019年3月31日至4月6日在长沙和南京举办第三届“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛，主题为“媒体艺术时代的青年创意与创新”。

约120位青年代表和企业家将参加此次论坛，其中包括10位参加“体验长沙”驻留计划的青年艺术家。为响应联合国教科文组织的非洲优先计划，参与论坛的非洲青年人数预计较往年翻倍，达到20人。

我们邀请80位来自一带一路沿线阿拉伯、亚太、欧洲、拉美、加勒比、非洲国家的青年及40位中国青年参与此次论坛。

The Third International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads will be held in Changsha and Nanjing, from 31 March to 6 April 2019, focusing on the theme of “Youth Creativity and innovation in the age of Media Arts”. This third edition is organized as a follow-up to and building on the successes of the first two International Youth Fora (IYF) held in Changsha and Quanzhou in April 2017, and in Changsha and Nanjing in May 2018. This forum is a joint initiative between UNESCO and the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO.

It is expected that approximately 120 youth delegates and entrepreneurs will participate in IYF3, including 10 young artists who will participate in the “Experience Changsha” Young Artists Residency Programme. In line with UNESCO’s Global Priority for Africa, the number of participants from African countries will be doubled to 20.

Participants invited to attend this Youth Forum will be drawn from the terrestrial and maritime Silk Roads in Arab States, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin American and the Caribbean and Africa, and others will come from China.
