据新华社报道，教育部和证监会联合印发《关于加强证券期货知识普及教育的合作备忘录》，旨在培养我国年轻人的投资理财素质。这一措施计划从中小学教科书内容开始。上海、广州和深圳等城市的学校，已经引入相关课程，提升学生的投资理财素质。

China’s Ministry of Education and the country’s securities regulator said they would be working together to “increase financial literacy” among China’s young people, reported Xinhua News Agency. It’s planned the campaign will begin with textbooks for primary and middle schools. Schools in cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have already introduced related lessons to increase financial literacy among students. 

马上学：Literacy本指“识字能力”，这里表示对某问题的了解程度、素养，比如health literacy（健康素养）。

预定一空
Snap up


湖北省的“小龙虾学院”前段时间成为网上热搜，因为其学生在毕业前就被单位预定一空。据报道，潜江的江汉艺术职业学院组建了饮食文化学院，提供两学年的小龙虾相关专业技能培训。130名学生全被用人单位预定，有些甚至还有一年才能毕业。

A “crayfish school” in Hubei province has become popular on the internet, because its students have all landed jobs before graduation. The shool, which is officially a food and culture school and is affiliated with Jianghan Art Vocational College in the city of Qianjiang, offers a two-year vocational training course related to crayfish. All 130 of the school’s students, some of whom still have a year to go, have been snapped up by companies.

低头族
Smartphone zombie


据路透社报道，韩国城市日山在道路口建立了灯光激光提示系统，旨在提醒低头族注意路况，让司机放慢车速，防止交通事故的发生。位于首都首尔附近的日山，成为韩国唯一配备这套系统的城市，该系统有望日后在韩国全国推广。

Ilsan, a city in South Korea, has set up flickering lights and laser beams at a road crossing, reproted Reuters in March. The aim is to warn “smartphone zombies” to look up and drivers to slow down, in the hope of preventing accidents. Currently, Ilsan, which is near the capital, Seoul, is the only city equipped with this system. It’s expected that the system will go nationwide in the future. 

马上学：Smartphone Zombie可以缩写成为smombie。除此之外，phubber也可表示“低头族”，它由phone和snubber（冷落他人者）合成。
