因为一张这样的生日照，梅拉尼娅又火遍全网了

过生日拍张照片，大家一起happy不是什么新鲜事儿。然而，美国第一夫人梅拉尼娅的这一张生日照，让很多网友都happy了一把——当然，可能她自己除外。

在自己49岁生日的时候，梅拉尼娅“不小心”成为了全网流行梗，而这都是因为白宫官方推送了一张她独自坐在沙发上的照片。

Melania Trump has become the butt of jokes on her 49th birthday of all days after the White House paid tribute to the first lady with an awkward photo of her sitting alone on a couch.    

白宫官推发的这张照片拍摄于3月份，当时美国总统特朗普在白宫椭圆办公室会见了捷克总理安德烈•巴比什。白宫官推还在照片上注明：生日快乐，第一夫人。

The White House tweeted a picture of Melania seated by herself in the Oval Office in March during President Donald Trump's meeting with Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis to wish FLOTUS a 'Happy Birthday' last Friday.

照片中的梅拉尼娅，身着绿色外套，双腿交叉坐在沙发一侧。她的眼神望向远端，并没有看向丈夫特朗普。

In the image, Melania is sitting on the far end of the couch in a green coat. Her legs are crossed, and she is staring off into the distance, away from her husband.
 
梅拉尼娅虽然坐在那里，但是聚集在周围的美方人员，却没有聚焦于她——他们“长枪短炮”拍摄的对象在画面之外。

While she was sitting down the members of the US team were shown gathering around but seemingly not focusing on her but something out of view.



另外，这张照片和一般开心过生日的状态大不相同，没有笑容，也没有合家欢。梅拉尼娅看上去有些孤单不合群，照片里也没看到特朗普和她儿子。

It was far from the more typical happy, smiley, family photos that usually mark a happy occasion like a birthday. Mrs Trump looks very much alone and isolated and neither her husband Donald Trump or her son are seen anywhere. 

那么，问题就来了！梅拉尼娅美图一大把，白宫方面为何专选这一张？网友们纷纷表示理解不能：

“这真是一张蹩脚的照片。为什么不用一张她在做其他事情的照片来祝她生日快乐呢？”


“你为什么专挑这一张？”


“祝她生日快乐，结果你却挑了一张第一夫人看上去惨兮兮的，并且一堆麦克风和摄像机的焦点在关注其他人的照片？秀啊！”


“这看上去太奇怪了，我们又要开始#解救梅拉尼娅行动了吗？”

一开始网友们还在正经八百的揣测，或者认为生日图好歹不应该这样。随着图片的流传，很快大家的脑洞就合不上了！梅拉尼娅再次成为网红表情包。

While many agreed that it was a bizarre photo to be shared in honor of someone's birthday, the number of memes it has inspired has brought plenty of people of joy.








据《每日邮报》报道，目前特朗普还没有在社交媒体上提及老婆生日的相关帖子，不过他给自己的支持者们发了邮件，声称要为梅拉尼娅的生日卡筹集到100万份签名。

Trump has yet to post a birthday message to his wife on social media, though he did send out a mass email  to supporters asking for one million signatures for her birthday card the day before.   

特朗普在邮件里写道：

“我需要你们的帮助。我们无与伦比的第一夫人梅拉尼娅的生日要到了，我希望为她做点特别的事情，因为她对我就是如此特别。”

“I need your help. Our FANTASTIC First Lady Melania’s birthday is right around the corner, and I want to do something special for her because she is so special to me.”

“我们都知道梅拉尼娅是一位非常棒的妻子、母亲以及第一夫人。帮我告诉她，美国人民是多么爱她！”

“We all know that Melania is an INCREDIBLE wife, mother, and First Lady. Help me show her how much the American people love her!”



当然，这已经不是特朗普第一次在老婆过生日的时候“耍花招”了。去年梅拉尼娅过生日的时候，特朗普就在节目上表示自己太忙，没空买礼物。

Donald Trump fretted during a "Fox and Friends" appearance about his birthday gift to first lady Melania Trump, which he admitted he was too busy to buy.

而在节目一开始，特朗普甚至表示自己上节目，就是给老婆的礼物啦！

At the beginning of the interview, Trump even suggested that the Fox News appearance itself might be considered a gift.



而至于有没有点实际的东西呢？特朗普却说：

“呃，我觉得我最好还是不要说了，不然我会有麻烦，因为我没给她准备啥……”

"Well I better not get into that, because I may get in trouble," he said. "Maybe I didn't get her so much …"

所以，按照这样的画风，看来梅拉尼娅今年应该也不会收到啥礼物了……
