埃塞俄比亚航空坠机，8名中国公民遇难！相关机型国内停飞

3月10日，埃塞俄比亚传来一则令人心痛的消息：

当地时间3月10日上午，埃塞俄比亚航空公司一架计划飞往肯尼亚首都内罗毕的客机（航班ET302），从埃塞首都亚的斯亚贝巴起飞不久后坠毁，机上包括乘客和机组成员共157人无一生还。

The Boeing 737-800 MAX airplane of Ethiopian Airlines with 157 passengers and crew members aboard crashed earlier Sunday en route to Nairobi, Kenya, killing all people on board.



据新华社报道，埃塞俄比亚航空公司当天发表声明说，失事客机机型为波音737-800 MAX，飞机于当地时间上午8时38分在亚的斯亚贝巴博莱机场起飞。8时44分左右失去联系，在距首都约45公里的比绍夫图附近坠毁。

The aircraft, Boeing 737-800 MAX, took off at 08:38 a.m. local time from Addis Ababa Bole International Airport and lost contact at 08:44 a.m., and crashed around Bishoftu town, some 45 km from the capital Addis Ababa, the airline said.


据央视新闻报道，客机坠落现场可看见一个直径约50米、深度约10米的巨大深坑，目前有两台挖掘机和一台装载机在进行救援工作，不断挖出机翼部位残骸碎片，不过黑匣子仍未找到。 

我外交部：尽快查明事故原因

3月10日，外交部发言人陆慷就埃塞俄比亚航空客机失事答记者问，介绍了有关情况。



陆慷表示：“获悉空难发生后，中国外交部立即指示驻埃塞俄比亚使馆启动应急机制，紧急联系埃塞政府、埃塞航空等有关方面了解情况。经核实，失事飞机上共有8名中国公民，包括1名香港居民。我们向遇难人员表示沉痛哀悼，向遇难者家属表示深切慰问。”

“After learning the incident, the Foreign Ministry immediately instructed the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia to activate emergency mechanism and contact the Ethiopian government and Ethiopian Airlines to gather more information. It has been verified that there were eight Chinese citizens on board, including one from the Hong Kong SAR. We express our deep condolences to the victims and sincere sympathy to the bereaved families.” Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lu Kang said.

“中方希望埃塞方尽快查明事故原因，及时向中方通报调查进展，妥善做好后续处置。中国外交部和驻埃塞俄比亚使馆将继续密切关注有关进展，全力为遇难中国公民家属处理善后提供积极协助。”

“The Chinese side hopes that the Ethiopian side will locate the cause of the crash as soon as possible, keep us informed without any delay, and properly deal with the follow-up matters. The Foreign Ministry and the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia will continue to closely follow the development of the situation and do our best to assist the families of the Chinese victims.” Lu said.



波音：相同型号飞机两度失事

据央视新闻报道，埃塞航空公司称该飞机于2018年11月15日购自波音公司，为全新飞机，此前没有查出任何机械故障。投入运行只有大约4个月的时间。

这是继去年10月29日印尼狮航空难事故之后，波音737-8飞机发生的第2起空难。（相关新闻戳）



波音公司对本次客机失事事件“深感悲痛”，并表示波音技术团队随时准备根据美国国家运输安全委员会的要求提供技术援助。

"A Boeing technical team will be traveling to the crash site to provide technical assistance under the direction of the Ethiopia Accident Investigation Bureau and U.S. National Transportation Safety Board," Boeing said in a short statement. It also offered condolences to the families of the passengers and crew on board Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 (ET 302).

3月11日上午，中国民用航空局（Civil Aviation Administration of China）发布公告，要求国内运输航空公司暂停波音737-8飞机商业运行。
