但是这其中,绝对没有“大叔脱下衣服的汗味”吧?
不过,却有公司做了这样的广告文案,让网友狂怼:种族歧视+性别歧视!
德国家装零售公司Hornbach推出了新的广告片:春天是什么味道的?而其中就出现了这样的镜头:亚洲女性猛闻白人男性脱下来的衣服……
A German company, Hornbach, has been accused of racism and sexism over an advert which shows an Asian woman sniffing dirty clothes after they have been worn by white men.
在广告视频中,先是出现了两位在劳作的白人男性,他们大汗淋漓,脱掉湿透的衣服并丢进一个箱子里。
The commercial shows white men working outside in a garden before removing their sweaty clothing and dumping it in a box.
随后镜头一转,画面中出现一座画风灰暗的工业城市。
一名亚洲女性从自动贩卖机中买下了一大包脏衣服——就是之前那两名男子脱下的那些。女子打开包装,充满愉悦的深吸一口,随后广告画面中打出了“春天的味道”。
The ad then cuts to a grey, industrial city, where an Asian woman buys a bag of dirty clothes - previously worn by the men - opens it and moans with pleasure, as the commercial ends with a slogan saying: 'That's how the spring smells'.
广告推出后激怒了广大亚裔人群。
在德国生活的韩裔推特网友姜盛雲(音)表示,在德国生活的亚裔人群,几乎每天都面临着性暴力和种族歧视。
Explaining her issues with the advert, Twitter user Sung Un wrote: 'Asian people in Germany are confronted daily with the sexual violence and racial discrimination that often go hand in hand.
“我认为Hornbach的广告,将给生活在德国的亚裔人群带来另一个真正的挑战,因为这则广告嘲笑了亚洲女性的形象。”
'I am sure that the Hornbach advertisement will cause another real challenge for Asian people living in Germany, because the ad offers an additional reference that ridicules the imagery of Asian women. '
也有网友直言:这哪是春天的味道,分明就是种族歧视的味道。
面对网友指责,Hornbach很快为自己做出辩护:
The German firm has defended the commercial.
“我们的广告并非种族主义。广告旨在表达不断城市化带来的城市生活质量下降。广告中所谓春天的味道,只在贩卖机中才有。对每个人都如是,不针对亚裔。”
同时,公司表示,广告也有其他版本——猛吸衣服的人包括白人男性和女性。
It also pointed out that there were other versions of the advert, which showed the clothes being smelled by Caucasian men and women.
不过有网友指出,在网络上找不到这两个版本的播出广告。
公司还说:以这位亚洲女性为主角的工业小镇是一个“虚构的城市”,而不是亚洲城市。
The firm also said that the industrial town featuring the Asian woman was meant to be a 'fictional city', not one based in Asia.
面对这样的说法,网友们并不买账。
But its critics were unimpressed.
姜盛雲在网络上发起了请愿,号召抵制德国公司Hornbach的种族歧视行为,目前签名人数已经超过两万。
姜盛雲认为,该广告有如下几个问题:
亚裔女性沦为满足白人男性顾客自恋心理的工具。
The Asian woman is represented as a mere tool to make the white male customers feel better about themselves.
这则广告,让在德亚裔女性的生活变得更加困难。
The ad can make Asian women’s everyday life in Germany even harsher.
Hornbach故意选择了亚洲女性出镜,因为她们经常被“消费”成性欲对象,却没有为自己发声。
Hornbach knowingly picked Asian women because they are often consumed as sexual exotics with no voice.
而请愿的目的包括:
立即从所有渠道撤掉相关亚裔女性广告;
We demand an immediate cancellation of the campaign and removal of the ad showing the Asian woman from all channels.
要求对广告中出现的性别歧视和种族歧视问题展开责任调查;
We demand a thorough investigation of the responsibility for this sexist and racist campaign.
以及要求Hornbach的高层管理人员对广告播出地区的所有亚裔女性进行公开的书面道歉等。
We demand a sincere public apology from John Feldmann (Chairman of the supervisory board of HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA) and Wolfgang Rupf (Chairman of the supervisory board of HORNBACH Management AG) to Asian women living in countries where the ad was aired in a written form.
感觉事情不妙的Hornbach,随后发出公开信,表示邀请网友对话。公司收到了不少来自亚裔社群的情绪性评论。有人因为这则广告感到受伤,公司将认真对待:
据环球网报道,29日,包括韩联社、韩国《中央日报》在内的韩国媒体也开始跟进报道此事,批判该广告对女性的性客体化问题。同时,来自中国、日本的网友在看到相关报道后,也作出了相似的反应:女性很受伤,广告很瞎掰。
只不过目前来看,Hornbach并没有给出进一步的答复。
欧美公司找亚裔人群拍摄广告,逐渐成为常态,不过这其中的问题也越来越多。
